Low yields per hectare, careful vineyard work, a clean winery, working in controlled temperatures, searching for clean wine, and the capacity to pair perfectly with food.

This is our idea of quality.

Our choices in the winery.
Time has led us to make precise choices that enable us to promote our territory and produce elegant, long-lasting, faultless wines. Our white wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation, in order to highlight the grapes, instead we choose gentle pressing and only free-run must. The temperatures are kept low during fermentation to preserve the fruit; inert gas is used for vinification so as to prevent contact with oxygen. To reach our quality goal, we process the finished wine as little as possible and in the winery we use renewable energy, photovoltaic mainly. Each choice is connected, nothing is left to chance.

A great wine tells about the place it originates from.
Vines grown on the hillside, grapes harvested by hand and a biological regime produce the best fruits, and consequently the best wines.
